Rot is het beste woord dat ik kan bedenken om dit bedrijf te omschrijven. De recente benoeming van een nieuwe CRO heeft de problemen in de hele klantorganisatie alleen maar verergerd. Micromanagement door deze man is de norm geworden, waarbij elke beweging en beslissing tot op een ongezonde manier onder de loep wordt genomen. Dit verstikt de autonomie en het vertrouwen, waardoor werknemers zich verstikt en gedemoraliseerd voelen. Een van de meest zorgwekkende aspecten van deze giftige omgeving is de schadelijke impact op de geestelijke gezondheid van werknemers. De constante druk, het gebrek aan ondersteuning en het micromanagement hebben geresulteerd in een aanzienlijke achteruitgang in het welzijn van veel collega’s. Stress en burn-out zijn wijdverbreid, en het is hartverscheurend om te zien welke tol dit eist van mensen die ooit gepassioneerd en toegewijd waren aan hun werk. Het is teleurstellend om te zien dat een bedrijf dat ooit bekend stond om zijn potentieel, zo'n wending neemt. Doe uzelf en uw geestelijke gezondheid een plezier en blijf zoveel mogelijk.

When this review appeared, it took us by surprise. To not let it fall through the cracks, we've addressed it first internally. Let us chime in for those looking to understand the full picture. At the time of the review, our new CRO just started with us for only 3 weeks. Interestingly, it takes 4 weeks for a caterpillar to transform into a butterfly – a tidbit to ponder. Just like any new starter, our CRO simply required some time to familiarize himself with our people, products, and work methodologies. Of course, we also agree that well-thought through decisions require having all the facts. On the note of interesting facts, our recent Happiness Survey from November 2023 reveals no indications of micromanagement or toxicity within our ranks. I feel supported, sales motion is well defined. Leadership cares about improvement and is great at giving feedback. Great cross department communication too

Minpunten

Sometimes senior leadership thinks product is further along than its current level of usability. i dont think this is unique of our company, typical saas thing

Pluspunten

Some people are great of course. But you can find that anywhere. If you get a decent manager, you can have good work/life balance to offset the low salary and no benefits.

Minpunten

A CEO who lacks real understanding of the technology or the market. He's doing everything he can to demotivate who is left, it's an open secret he is hoping employees quit to save on severances and make room for cheaper hires, including but not limited to freezing all pay raises when he started, stopping all the planned bonuses & promotions that were in motion before he started, firing loads of people, stopping the yearly happiness surveys (he can't handle hearing critique, which is funny). Say what you will about Flo, but he cared about the people here. Doubt Anthony could name more than ten employees outside the exec team, and while he might not see this as an issue, it is. If you are continually cutting benefits, salaries and the company culture, you should at the very least ensure people feel valued and motivated by you, you should encourage that start-up feel that keeps people working late hours for the passion of it, not create a company of quiet quitters.

As you know, we actively encourage open feedback on how you feel about your experience here. We understand your frustrations and would want you to feel able to pass these on internally. That said, we hope you will understand that we are going through a transformation of the business as we move into the next stage of our development. That involves new approaches, styles and culture and these can take time to get used to. We're looking to balance this need by supporting our Uberallers through this change. Like many tech firms, as the market and wider global economy has evolved, we have had to make difficult short and long term decisions to ensure we have a sound, commercially focused business going forward. We feel that this, while impacting the way that some may feel at the moment, is the right approach to achieve this. We are very aware of the need to continually communicate our new vision and approach and we know that you and all our Uberallers will see increasing benefits from this in the very near future. We hope that you will both challenge and support the organisation going forward and use your passion and performance to help us achieve this.
