1. Young and inexperienced HR team 2. Lackluster processes which means you could receive an extra months salary due to the chaos- which leads me to believe that the HR team is not the only issue but incompetence cuts across multiple depts including Finance 3. Lack of humanity, for lack of a better word, they hired me and I relocated continents for a role that was then made redundant after 28 days of my employment. This news was then delivered to me by the head of HR via video call even though we are both based in the same city. Its either a lack of humanity or incompetence. 4. Onboarding was disappointing, no real systems, large HR team but even with the size too many balls dropped. External companies hired to assist here are also quite lax, free money I guess. 5. Generally, HR team felt like it was being led by an intern vs someone with expertise on managing all the moving parts 6. Career growth here dependent on connections vs actual input, they don't seem that keen on KPIs 7. The idea is look busy but not actually do anything. Very surface level way of evaluating talent/HC. Perception vs what is actually happening on the ground. 8. General attitude about service from HR is poor, not keen on budget, just throw money at a problem and hope for the best, no monitoring, no nothing. Great for suppliers as they have the liberty to do little to nothing and still get paid. Free money.
