- HR are EVIL, they have zero compassion. multiple people off on burnout leave, multiple people have lawyers involved. Don't trust them. They would rather sue you than actually fix an issue.
- HR Director think she is doing a good job and questions what everyone else is contributing, yet she is doing nothing to create a safe and respectable working environment
- Burnout is so common that people aren't surprised when they hear someone else is off sick. Some people even suggest employees who are struggling just go off sick so they can keep getting paid for up to 2 years.
- Rumours of management battling each other cause a lot of unrest for the staff as do rumours of management being asked to leave. People have been threatened for discussing rumours but some people are allowed to freely discuss them without consequence.
- constant changing strategies, closing countries before the open
- asking staff to do illegal or questionable things creates awkwardness by employees who don't want to get fired but morally disagree with what they are being asked to do.
- Interim CEO is way out of his depth
- Bullying happens constantly and at all levels
- respect isn't offered unless you blindly follow what the management say and ask. knowledge and experience counts for nothing
- it's clear the management just want their bonus, stocks and to come up with some random positive things that they can stick on a resume for their next job
- probably 20%+ of the original 100 staff have left or been forced out, some make it a few months or a year, others make it a few days and realise it's a terrible company and just quit
- they are just so unrealistic, asking to be bigger than Lexus in 5 years with zero budget
- casually breaks GDPR like it's not a big deal
- culture doesn't exist. it's TOXIC. It's horrible. and you don't realise how bad it is until you leave.
