We've also implemented training programs for our managers to ensure that everyone’s voice is heard, and that leadership practices are aligned with our core values of inclusivity and respect. Regarding work pressure, our goal is to help our team manage their workloads effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We've been setting SMART goals to provide more clarity and ensure that priorities are well-communicated across all levels of the organization. We know there’s more work to do, and your feedback is a vital part of our improvement process.
