- No appreciation for the work done, forget about getting a raise until you explicitly ask for it - the CEO definitely has some problems controlling himself; raging and insulting the employees was going on on a daily basis, very often for trivial reasons - 80% of the projects were maintenance/bug-fixing; Unless you spend your free time learning and exploring new stuff, your skillset becomes obsolete in no time
