      - company takes a good care of employees, they ecurage good work live balance, give unlimited holidays, organise a lot of social events. - interesting work, you get to do a lot of different things. - encurages promoting within the company, making it easier to switch roles across departments

      - career progresions is not clear - pay could be more transparent across roles/teams
