Minpunten
No clear direction, no clear strategy, professionalism and vision of the management are missing. Everyone is a "manager" for some reason. There is also a lack of team spirit, everyone only works to achieve their personal goal and not the corporate goals. (e.g. if someone still has a second company and manages it during working hours). The worst thing is that the company's profit is not invested in people (training, certificates, etc.), but in stuff that the company does not
