Interview #1 post several contacts via Linkedin in to me. An ill-prepared recruiter with no digital acumen was looking to hire for an all digital position. Such a poor experience and truly marred my opinion of this shop that has done beautiful creative work.
Interview #2 Met with a more senior HR person with again no digital background, and was completely un-prepared for the call, to the point she did not know my name nor the position. The first ten minutes, I as the potential candidate briefed her. No follow on their parts until I reached out and then the position was on hold.
Another colleague of mine interviewed with them, had a similar impression and was made an offer (she refused). I only hope they have new talent managers now.
