Avoid. Like a previous commenter, I was invited to arrange an interview only for the recruiter to reschedule 30 minutes before the call was due, with no explanation. They then failed to attend the rescheduled timeslot they selected, and haven't replied to any follow-up mails in the past fortnight. A very poor showing.
