I emailed the HR department with my cover letter and received an email back the next day asking when I'd be available to interview. We set up an interview for the following week. I met with one of the designers she was very friendly. Told me about the company, what type of work they do, and what I as a designer would be doing. She had a piece of paper in front of her with standard interview questions, "Describe your process. How do you deal with difficult clients? ect." She then told me that they were just starting the interview process but the next step would be meeting with the CEO. I never heard any reply back.
