It was a somewhat lengthy but easy process. The hiring manager was very nice and well spoken as well as the other team members I spoke with. The questions asked were relevant to my past experiences and the current job role.

Tell me about your abilities and past experiences with customer support and how you feel you can learn from this role.
First interview with the senior director, who was the hiring manager. After a week I sent a follow up email to ask about my application status if they want to continue or proceed with other applicants. I did not even get a reply, they ghosted me.

Nothing special, when we started the hiring manager stated he is busy with the interviews and other applicants and he has just 30 mins.
He explained the role briefly, I only gót one question:

Drove in, chatted some team members, got shown around the building. Was quizzed on basic C code and algorithms. It was more behavioral than technical. It was a friendly experience overall.
