The overall interview process was pretty smooth. Both people I was interviewed by were very professional and asked fairly standard questions. However, scheduling interviews was not done as well as they could have been. Long periods of silence were present between interviews. It all culminated with the recruiter telling me that they really liked me, but needed to wrap up final interviews. They said they would reach out to me in a week. After a couple emails once the week passed to just get an update, I was ghosted by the recruiter.
