Standard procedure. 2-3 phone screens, take home challenge using .Net/C#, interview with managers and then offer. The process went smoothly enough and I enjoyed my take home challenge. I received an offer. I had many conversations with HR. I explained that I have many interviews lined up and would need a week to make a decision after I received a potential offer. This was fine with them. HR answered all of my questions in a timely manner and gave me some insight into the steps that they take against Covid. One of those steps was that they allow many employees to work remotely especially when they feel unsafe or if cases are high. After receiving my official offer, I restated that I had interviews lined up and would be giving them an answer in the same week. I also asked about working remotely. I made it clear that working remotely or not would not affect my decision but rather something I would like to know in order to stay safe/ make sure my immunocompromised family members are safe. Less than 48 hours later my offer was rescinded. My advice? Stay far away from companies that do not value the safety of their employees.

You srat with the normal HR interview, if that went OK they sent an Online Test kinda basic not that hard but it depends on the role if it's for a junior it will so easy. - Technical interview - Final interview
