I applied for the position online and about 1 week later received a call from the company to schedule an interview. My first interview happened the following day and involved the Executive director and the Business Director and lasted about 45 minutes. I was subsequently contacted by a national recruiter to do a phone interview and schedule another interview and chef test with a regional culinary director the following week. The chef test consisted of creating a meal for the directors of the property and was overseen by the regional director and lasted approximately 3 hours. After the meal, I again met with the directors and was given a detailed explanation of the position and the training schedule.
