Initial recruiter screening then meeting with hiring manager, Chief Data Officer. Followed by meeting with team member. Final stage, panel meeting, approx 4 hours spanned out. Sadly, this company had the audacity to ghost me and ignore follow up emails sent. Parking was $16 which is directly in front of their emeryville location and to make matters worse, I was double charged. Be prepared to pay expensive parking which I was not informed of ahead of time. The fact they send you through such an intense interview cycle and not have the common decency to respond to your post interview follow up emails, or give the common courtesy of a post interview email rejection or simply a response says a lot about how this company is ran. As other reviewers have posted, ghosting at a leadership or any level for that matter is a bad corporate recruiting practice that companies, especially in this economy, should ethically ashamed of.
