If I could describe this interview process in 1 word it would be disorganized. I showed up to a crowded room of interviewees and waited as my 1:15pm interview time quickly turned into a 2pm. Loud music was playing as if to imply a sense of "fun." The interview itself could have been worse. The woman I talked to was pleasant, the conversation easy. I asked a few questions about the position however, and could already tell that this was in fact a direct sales position. While sales are mentioned in the job description, the true type of position this is seems to be very much downplayed. I was told that if I got a call back that afternoon, it would mean they wished to invite me to a second round. If not - it was their polite way of saying "no thank you." I made sure to tell my interviewer I would likely not be available to answer a phone call later that afternoon. She assured me they would leave a message with details if necessary. As promised, I received a phone call - but instead of leaving any details , the administrative assistant calling sounded offended I hadn't answered, and told me to call them back. I did call back a couple hours later and was met with their voicemail -- messages full. The concept behind this company sounds like a good one, but the organization is simply not there for the time being. I have also now noticed that many of their job listings are formatted as "click bait" type headings and descriptions in attempt to grab attention rather than inform. All of the positions listed are in fact the same thing.
