Had initial one sided interview with pre recorded questions. Then got an email to say I’d made it through to second stage which was a phone call interview. This got rescheduled twice as both times I was given a date and time but nobody rang me. I had to chase this up with replies from hiring manager every 3-5 days. Then got an email saying if she didn’t ring me by 5pm that day, to ring her myself with the number she provided me in the email. She never rang, never answered the phone and then I got an email to say they had found someone for the job. Completely messed around and lead on.

two days interview, nice conversation with the country manager back then, she offered all the information needed, asked about fast experience and future plans, asked to prepare a business plan
