The process took about two months. Con - You don't speak every step with the HR, but the next interviewer will call you. 1. A call with the recruiter 2. Create a presentation from the Excel file they send you 3. two personal interviews with team leads and analysts 4. An interview with team manager 5. HR Interview

3 Interviews over a span of 4 months including case study. After submitting case study, there was a 2 month silence followed by 3 interviews in quick succession followed by another month of silence. Unsure of what qualities they were looking for as I was not selected.

I received a phone screen from the recruiter and then was instructed to complete a case study and PowerPoint within 5 days. I ended up working over the weekend to complete the assignment. After submitting, it took 3 weeks before I eventually received an automated email stating I was no longer being considered. Completing a full business case and presentation without receiving any feedback or speaking to anyone on the team is a total waste of time. The entire process was a red flag.
