There was a telephone interview with HR then two women met with me at the company. I arrived early, wearing a nice suit, and more than qualified for the job. They asked me ONE question - rate your previous jobs, scale of 1 -10, on how busy you were. I said last two jobs busiest - 8 or 9. They said this job is 10+ always. I said of course I've had times like that and could handle it. But, that was it! They were done with me. Building was run down and dirty.
