I was referred to this job by a friend, so the interview was pretty informal. I met with 2 ladies who looked at my portfolio and we discussed what they were looking for. When the decided to hire me they called their Contracting company - The Ashlar Group - and I was hired after doing the drug screen

Email asking my availability, then prompt response to schedule phone interview, then within a week received another email to schedule in person interview with hiring manager. One week waiting now for decision.
