I don't where to start. There is no clear process. No one reaches out to you to talk about your experience. You get selected probably based on some key words. You get an automated email to say " You are one step closer to an interview" then you get an invite for the first round. No one calls you or anything to tell you what they are expecting, the format of the interview, Who is going to be interviewing etc. (all the normal things you expect, doesn't happen). Wait for this, the first round had 5 people listed as interviewers with their roles/designations and the interview was for 90 minutes. I have never have 5 people interview me in the very first round. It felt like I was in a team meeting, but wasn't my team. The introduction was very cold and no one seemed very enthusiatic. They weren't prepared, the person who started, didn't probably discuss the format with anyone else. Everyone was waiting for someone else to ask a question. One of the requirement they mentioned during the intro was having asset servicing experience, which was not mentioned in the job description and I clearly didn't have. That was very off putting. No one had looked my resume and non of them were prepared to ask any questions. Whatever I was talking about, questions were being picked up from there. Within the first 5 mins I knew this wasn't for me. I should have just stopped it there. My answers reflected the uneasiness I was feeling. the 90 min "interview" lasted for 30 minutes. Wish I gave them a feedback. All in all a very negative experience. I am writing this review just after the interview as I don't want to wait for a feedback.
