I applied online and got a webcam interview the next day. The interviewer was extremely unorganized and forgot to take notes. She even admitted she only started looking at candidates weeks after the job listing. I happened to apply most recently so got in earlier than "more qualified candidates." Although my skills matched the listing, they wanted many more years of experience so I already knew I was out, especially after she chuckled when I told her why I'd be a great fit anyway. She said she would reach out and let me know the status and also never did that. The organization seems meaningful and amazing but maybe they need a more professional and empathetic interviewer that actually matches their values.
