we didn't interview for an account manager in Jan 18, however, I am guessing it may be been for a different role?
In any case, it is our normal practice to respond to people we call or interview within a couple of weeks or let them know the process is taking longer than expected. We normally only interview a few people in person, so communicating with them after is not time consuming and we don't normally forget. If this didn't happen in your case then I apologise. People certainly should get notified of decisions and given feedback because, as you say, you have taken time out of your day to come and see us. I will use this feedback to double check that we always do this in future.
