It was a hardship to attend 3 separate interviews while I had a job. Otherwise average and nice people and the process moved fast. I think they should consider scheduling the recruiter screening and hiring manager for the same day and if you don’t pass then the hiring manager just doesn’t interview you. Or something else. Maybe have just a phone call screening instead of zoom
