I filled out an online form on a series of questions you would expect, including "Why do you want to work at Factset?" and employment/education history. After submitting this, I got invited to an in-person interview right away, rather than having to complete any online tests, which I believe the company does not do. On the day, I had a one-to-one interview and afterwards completed two timed tests in a room with other applicants. The two tests were: 1) an Excel test and 2) a financial markets test. Tip: brush up on Excel and recent news of financial markets, plus common accountancy/consultancy terms.

3 Step process Initial screening with HR First in person interview with Senior Consultant which involved a round table discussion with other candidates and a presentation on your topic of choice. Third interview is a one on one with two senior consultants.
