An absolutely terrible experience. I get the impression that they actually don't want to hire, but would like to "pick your brain." Fender first reached out to me to schedule my first interview in Mid July. They reached out for my 2nd interview in late July. After completing the 2nd interview they scheduled me for the third round ( which was over 5 hours long) in early August. I was told in writing in early August that I had made it to the next round and I would receive next steps the following week. I followed up once a week and got no response. I finally decided to rescind my application in late September and told the unresponsive recruiter in writing. In early October ( after I had let Fender know in writing that I did not want to continue with their process) I received an email from someone I had never interacted with letting me know they were going to look for other candidates. No feedback, just lots of exclamation points. I would not wish this interview experience on my worst enemies.
