First, there was an interview with a manager about the company and about my experience and expectations. Then I spoke to two developers in Russia over Skype. They asked me some questions about C++ in general. I also had to find bugs in the code and tell what given code does. They promised to let me know but they never did. I have never received feedback, neither positive nor negative. Untrustworthy.
