Boss called and asked about my availability for an interview. We agreed on a date and information was exchanged by email. I actually had a few follow-up questions (pre-interview) and was able to get satisfactory answers in the next email exchanges. Interview by a small panel (subset of partners), simple and short. Questions were easy to answer, and no real technical skills were tested. They do usually require an employee referral before calling for interviews, though.
