Not much you can do to prepare for this. Just make sure everyone reads their info cards thoroughly, as they seem quite similar but actually have slightly different information embedded in them. It seemed that a good strategy was to swap the info cards to make sure nothing has been missed. Stay calm and just be yourself, don't try to be bossy or too aggressive. Ask questions, say out loud your deliberations.
