Franchise has 3 local offices. Interviewed with each office manager in one office. Very nice and very efficient. All interviews took place in the same location. Each manger sat at a separate desk and the potential employee bounced from one desk to the other. They had you feel out an application first. Then you go from manger to manger answering questions. They also let you have your input on which office you would like to work in. They also will allow you to work in multiple offices, if that will be a good fit for you. They want to get to know you as a person. They will ask some tax questions, but they are looking to see which office your personality will blend with. In order to be able to get hired as a tax associate, you have to go through the classes they offer starting in September every year. Receptionist do not have to attend classes before considered for hire.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.
