Had three interviews, one person at a time, all conducted via Skype. They asked questions about my prior UX design experience, particularly to do with usability testing and product design. The team structure included remote communication, they asked about the comfort level relating to that. The interviewers were accommodating and friendly.

• Recruiter asked excellent, insightful questions said they could meet my salary requirements. • Hiring manager did not want to interview because they felt I was overqualified and more qualified than them.
