You get to attend the interview if your grade for the company's tax training course is satisfactory. Satisfactory being 80% usually however exceptions are made based on yearly average grades. In my interview, the district manager took one look at me and I knew his decision had already been made to hire me without bothering to examine anything I had taken to the interview, such as my job portfolio. My instant success was due to the fact that I was the best dressed (had the nicest suit). I noticed another interviewee, who happened to be the prettiest-faced young girl, was sent to work at head office instead of just a suburban office. Hiring process repeats every year meaning even prior employees must be reassessed.

As described above the interview was not really an interview. Therefore the most difficult question asked was "When can you start work?"
Video Interview, they get you to access a third part platform which supports resuming should anything breaks up during the process. It also allows you to test your phone or laptop beforehand and there's quick IT support so don't worry about tech issue.
Video interview, just need to follow up the interview process and answer questions. In my opinion.its better to do it in a quiet environment, and dress up for the interview.
