Interview process was very slow. Had to do a 2 hour coding assessment and from here is where things went downhill. Did the assessment, passed in high 90's. Went to another round. 1 hour live coding. Also passed. Explained I was on a tight deadline with another company they did not care, made me wait a week between each round. After doing 3 hours of live coding and a technical round they decided they wanted someone with more lead experience (for 110k) which is a laughable salary for all the hoops. Major waste of time. I would strongly consider this before committing two hours to a coding assessment. Hard to believe this company is ever able to secure good talent. Non competitive pay, slow process (most good talent will have an offer in 14 days) no one is dealing with the stress of sole developer or lead for 110k. They also had my resume upfront and knew my experience (7 years) before I did 4 hours of interviews.
