I was on interview for pre-sales engineer. Had a pleasant talk with people from human resource. Most of the questions were regarding motivation for applying for this position. Unfortunately, I didn't get the position due to lack of experience in IT industry.

Having read many of the interview and feedback reviews, it appears that Infobip like to Ghost candidates. I had a call with the in-house recruiter who said I met all the requirements and would hand over my application to the hiring manager - expect a call he said. 3 weeks later not a single call or answer from the recruiter or hiring manager.
