Initial phone interview was very quick to set up. Standard discussion going over resume and rough discussion of position and needs. Panel interview was scheduled for the following week with various members of the organization at their on-site location. Each person had a different approach to the interview and asked situational questions as well as general culturally-focused questions. Great people with a fantastic mission-first mentality. Ultimately, I was not the best fit since I lacked the specific technical skills they were looking for.
