first they have you send in a voice recording of yourself talking about something you’re passionate about (which I thought was odd). then a 20 mins phone call with their recruiter talking about your experience and why you want to work at jobber. Then an hour long interview with two people in the department and then another hour long interview that have you do a mock customer support email then mock customer support call followed by feedback and more interview questions. Last round is a 30 mins call their their VP if customer success and that’s when they ask all the tough questions like “why did you leave your last role” “if you’ve been offered a promotion at your last role why didn’t you take it”, etc. overall a very exhausting interview process for a customer support role that pays 48.5k
