all via phone, had one interview with the admin person who went through my CV and chatted about skills, job role and requirements etc. and then had a second interview on phone with the same person and a spanish speaker, we went through a scenario/role play with the admin as the medical professional, myself as the interpreter and the spanish speaker as the patient and I had to interpret into english and spanish

It was fine, as expected. The interviewer was calm and took her time, she focused on client service experience and on haw my past experience would work as an interpreter.
