Interview process happened over a couple of weeks. I was given a test to design an educational game for kids. Upon completion, I had a wonderful Skype interview with the creative director who actually went through my Portfolio (rarely happens with Indian studios). I was then hired as a Freelancer for a short amount of time. This helped to get to know more about the company and them about me. After I got selected as a permanent hire. I had an interview with the CEO of the company. Where he was completely transparent about the company's goals and vision. He was also clear about their expectation for me as a Game Designer. Overall, It was a good exchange of Ideas and Information.
