My initial hire was back in 2009. I had applied for the position in October of 2008, and didn't get a call to interview until February 2009, so if it's been a while since you applied, don't get too discouraged. The set up an interview in Fort Worth and flew me in from out of state. The interview was a one-on-one with the hiring manager in which we discussed my past experience and what I was seeking in a new position. He did not ask me any technical questions (this was an entry-level job). Once the interview was complete, I was given a reimbursement check for out of pocket expenses (food, etc.) and went home. I was offer the position about 2 weeks after the interview.

Interview itself was fine. Seemed to follow STAR method described in other reviews. Period leading up to interview was very strange. Took almost two months from my application to the interview, and Lockheed asked for my pre-screening form twice. In addition, no response when I asked about the interview format. Unclear what happened behind the scenes.
