Sollicitatiegesprek
I was contacted late in the year after attending a career fair and giving a recruiter my resume. They asked if I could fly out to the interview location that week. They paid for the flight, food, rental car, and hotel (basically everything). My interview was in a building off site that they mainly use for orientation and interviews. There were probably about 15 other interviewees there, however most of them were being interviewed for full time, and only one other person was being interviewed for the same intern position as I was. I interviewed with three different people. Two of the interviews were basic "tell me about yourself" questions, as well as projects I've worked on/experience. One interview was all behavioral questions such as "Tell me about a time you...". There were NO "technical" questions. I prepared beforehand for the behavioral questions so I feel they went pretty well, as they were pretty basic. After the interviews were over I left and flew home. The next morning I got a call saying they were preparing an offer for me if I was interested. Over the next few weeks I was required to sign an offer letter, have a background check done, take a drug test, and negotiate a start date. It was a little difficult to talk to the recruiter and we had some mix ups. LM pays for relocation, I was out of state.
