I was referred by a current employee as well as talking to a recruiter at the job fair. I was invited to an interview day on Lockheed campus. It consisted of 4 45-minute interviews, each with a different project manager. Most of the questions were behavioral rather than technical. I received an offer about 2 weeks after the interviews.

Mostly It was a behavioral interview but there were a few technical questions at the end. Overall a very good experience with a kind manager. The interview lasted roughly an hour and was also informative about the specifics of the position.
