Initial prerecorded interview then assessment center. The assessment center did not give me the best impressions of the company. It was rushed and didn’t use the full time(told it would last 9-2pm ended 9-11am). I wasn’t made to feel comfortable and the whole assessment center vibe felt a bit awkward. Surely if they are wanting to hire young graduates they should try make the recruiting experience enjoyable for everyone.
