5 interviews: one with the recruiter and four with close stakeholders such as a Language Manager lead, a fellow Language Manager, a Localization Program Manager, and counterpart in-market (someone in marketing, PR, customer support, etc...)

The interview followed this order: - recruiter chat - 1 hour interview with a manager - 4x45min interviews with members of different departments Everyone who interviewed me seemed experienced and professional. They were knowledgeable of the localization field and asked fairly practical questions (as opposed to behavioral). The recruiters were very good at communicating and keeping me updated on the process. One thing that stood out was that all the managers that interviewed me were men (5 interviews, 5 men). Normally the localization industry has a good female representation, so this stood out as unusual to me as I expected to see a more diverse team at Facebook. In general, it was a positive experience and I got the impression it was a good team.
