Interview process was unnecessarily long and overwhelming. Two phone interviews, 2 hours of online screening, and a 3.5 hour on-site interview process with four different individuals. The HR department was very responsive and organized, but the interviewers themselves were quite the opposite. The individuals that interviewed me changed the location of where they wanted to interview me three times while I was there. One of the individuals had a meeting they needed to attend and had to cut the interview short. Another two brought up comparisons between myself and the employee I'd be replacing.
