I first sent my resume, and was then invited to a video interview answering a number of questions about my experience and skills. The questions were tailored to the positions and mostly circled around people skills.

I was invited to an async video interview. The questions which were asked were relevant, though there was little time to prepare the answers and it felt unnatural as I was just talking into my camera without any interaction. There was no room for clarification or follow ups.
