Call the evening before, then face to face the next day. One regional didn’t ask a single question, they were technically 3 minutes late, the regional that didn’t ask anything got called away on his phone 2 times, and there was absolutely no interview cohesion or flow. I’m a professional talent partner and it was embarrassing how bad the situation was. Of course they give last minute requests to meet the following day, and they state they would send a status the next day. Status didn’t come, not that it mattered, I wouldn’t work for them if they offered me the sun and moon. When you ask for someone to rearrange they schedule in less than 24 hours, at bare minimum you update them to communicate respect for their time. That clearly didn’t happen. I wouldn’t have taken the position and didn’t intend to, seeing them late, and it was literally across the street. Rushing me to interview the male waiting. All just embarrassing for the staffing industry.
