It was a pleasant experience. Hiring managers are sincere and open to getting to know me and my work experiences. They are also really friendly and down to earth. NCSS seems like a good place to work at!
There was one written assessment, to assess your judgement and analytical thinking. It was then followed by an interview with the bosses. The interview was ok and total time for both was about 1.5h.

Usual interview process. Fill up application form. Provide certificates. First interview and second interview. Two interviewers during the interview. Written test given. It was a few stages of process. The overall experience of this interview was pleasant and positive. It was quite smooth during the process.
