Multiple staff people participated in the interview and asked questions. Questions did not relate to specific tasks of the position but to experience and values related to working in an anti-racist environment.

Emphasis was on org values, not the skill set required for the position. I was expecting an emphasis on the skill set. Group interview with directors of all departments. 5 people interviewed me.
