friendly interview process, quick chat about yourself, why you want to join etc, where did you find the job advertisement and any information about your previous work place. It was a brief chat.

I feel like I had to chase them up for the phone interview since they never gave me a set time, as in I missed their first call, and tried to call the next day but I was told the person wasn't there (it was around 2:30pm) and had to call back an hour or so later on (I called after 4:15pm) got told the person went home, but told them I was available after 2pm tomorrow, they never called at that time but after 5pm. They did send me a link to schedule a phone interview but that link didn't open/was expired, so I called back and got put through for the interview but it was a rushed interview
