I am also pleased to learn that the time between pre-screen and face to face interview was quick as we strive for a positive candidate experience! It is very important to understand where our strengths and gaps are in our recruitment process. It is clear that the time in which it took for us to follow up was long. I agree; waiting 5 weeks is simply not acceptable. I am following up with the individuals involved to understand why it took so long to provide feedback, regardless of the outcome.
